Thinking About Starting a Podcast

I've been thinking about doing a podcast for my website design business. I think it would be fun to put together a weekly podcast. I'm not exactly sure what I would even talk about or for how long I would talk. The part that is nagging me is that I know I could do it, I want to do it and I already have the equipment to do it. The biggest factor keeping from creating a podcast is time.
Yesterday, I created a list of everything I needed to do from a professional standpoint - projects, phone calls, emails, etc. For the first time in my life (that I can recall), I created a to-do list. I've never been a fan of lists - I can usually remember everything in my head. Unfortunately, my head was apparently reaching the limit of its capacity. Not wanting to forget anything or anybody, I forced myself to write everything down. What shocked me was that I had two full pages filled out on my yellow tablet.
By the end of the day, I had crossed off 25 items from my list. It was a lot of work done, but I had also added another half page to the list as I went along. Throw in a trip to town with my mom and by the time I ate dinner it was 8 pm. This is going to sound sad, but my 9 pm, I was in bed.
So the question remains: do I start a podcast and just add another item to scratch off later? I'm torn, because I have also been thinking about a podcast for my Severed Genesis roleplaying game. Heck, maybe I'll just do both! Only time will tell (if I can find the time).
