A Post for a Brisk Monday Morning

This brisk Monday morning, I finally decided to take a few moments to write a quick blog post. It’s been so long since I last wrote something. I have a bad habit of abandoning my blog for extended periods of time. It’s not procrastination, but rather an overwhelming amount of work that needs to be done.
That being said, I’m going to do my best to post at least once a day on my blog. The idea being that I’ll be able to share my thoughts, clear my head and make it easier for me to work. At least that’s the plan. If I miss a day, don’t chastise me. :)
Not only do I have this personal blog, but I also have my professional blog at myapheus.com that I’ve been neglecting even more than this one. One post a year doesn’t quite seem like it’s enough. My commitment there is to post at least a couple of times a week with relevant tech information.
I also plan on rebuilding that blog from its old WordPress theme to something a little more modern. It’s definitely looking dated and that’s bad from the perspective of a web design guru. Sadly, given that I don’t have much time on my hands, I’ll probably just end up using an off-the-shelf template. While I have scoffed at the idea of using templates in the past, time is not on my side and I definitely want to freshen the look of that site.
Hopefully, I’m headed in the right direction…
