Posted on March 31, 2013

Time Change is Really Messing with My Sleeping Habits
Posted on March 15, 2013
This time change is really messing with me and it makes no sense! Can’t you just see me sitting here at my desk singing the “Billionaire” song by Travie McCoy? OK, I’m going to admit it, I do. I think it’s a good song. I sit here listening to Spotify quite a bit while I’m working.
Testing My New Nissei Blood Pressure Monitor
Posted on March 02, 2013
A couple of weeks ago, I got a new Nissei DSK-1011 Blood Pressure Monitor to potentially replace my Reli-On HEM-412CREL monitor that I got at Wal-Mart several years ago. I've been dealing with high blood pressure for several years now and accurate monitoring is important to me.
